This website is operated by Devo Edutech Pvt Ltd (CIN U80301KA2022PTC160866), registered at FUEL Centre of Excellence, 6th Floor, Astra Towers, Sirur Park, Hubli, Karnataka. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using the site. By using hotelwaley.com you accept these terms.
What Hotelwaley is right now
Hotelwaley is a mobile-first, multilingual hospitality skilling platform for frontline hotel and restaurant workers. It is pre-launch. This website is informational: it describes what we are building, previews the course tracks and lets you send us an enquiry. Course content, pricing and certificates arrive at launch, and the descriptions here may change before then.
What we do not promise
We want to be exact about this, because skilling is a field where too much gets promised:
- No job guarantee. Completing a Hotelwaley course does not guarantee employment, an interview or a placement.
- No salary or promotion outcome. We do not promise a pay rise, a salary band, a promotion or any other change to your terms of employment. Those decisions belong to employers.
- No guaranteed recognition by a third party. Our courses are built against industry certification standards, and we will publish exactly which ones, and their current status, at launch. Until we do, treat any standard named on this site as the benchmark we design to, not as an accreditation already granted.
What we do offer is training built around real hotel roles, in the language you already think in, and a certificate for each track you finish.
Using this website
You agree not to:
- Submit the enquiry form with details that are not yours or not true.
- Use the form to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful.
- Try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Copy our content and pass it off as your own.
Partner enquiries
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It is not a contract, and it does not commit either of us to anything. We handle what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
Any pilot or partnership is governed by a separate signed agreement. For hotels, chains, corporates, Government departments and other institutional clients, that includes a bilateral data protection, confidentiality and information security agreement covering role allocation, security measures, sub-processors, retention, breach notification and audit. Where that signed agreement and these public terms differ, the signed agreement governs for that client, and nothing we publish here reduces protections already negotiated with them.
Our content
The Hotelwaley and Devo names, logos, course structure, copy and design on this site belong to Devo Edutech Pvt Ltd. You may link to and quote from the site with attribution. You may not reproduce it commercially or republish it as your own without our written permission.
Links and third-party services
This site links to the Hotelwaley app, to devoedutech.com and to third-party services such as our form provider and analytics. We are not responsible for the content or practices of services we do not operate.
Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the course previews, without notice.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or from decisions you make based on pre-launch information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms as the platform launches, and change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hubli, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
